How do I withdraw my cryptos?

Always be careful when withdrawing cryptocurrencies. Once a withdrawal has been sent and marked as "Success" in your DeFiato account, it is impossible to cancel or reverse the transaction.

Do not participate in an ICO or token sale directly from your DeFiato account — the tokens received will be irretrievable.

Step 1: Login to https://defiato.com

Step 2: Go to "Wallet" -> Click "Withdrawal".

Step 3: From the drop-down list, select the coins/tokens you want to withdraw.

Step 4: Obtain the cryptocurrency address that you intend to send the funds to. Always double-check the address is correct by copying and pasting the exact address (never type in an address by hand).

You can add and label any withdrawal address for better convenience next time you’re making the withdrawal to that same address. To do this, simply click on “Add New Address”.

Enter a unique "Label" for the address (e.g. “My BWF’s savings”, “John’s BWF’s address” etc.) to help you remember what the address is used for. 


Next, enter the deposit address by copying and pasting the entire address into the ‘Address’ field.

Step 5: Enter the desired amount, then click “Submit”.

Step 6: You will receive an email request to verify the withdrawal. After clicking on the verification link, the transaction will be processed immediately.

Note: The withdrawal approval link that is sent to your email will be valid for 1 hour, if you do not confirm your withdrawal address within that time the link will expire.

That's it, you have now completed a withdrawal from your DeFiato account!
