How do I complete my KYC verification?

To have your profile KYC verified, please follow these simple steps. For more information about the requirements for your documents, please check out this article.

Step 1: Log into your account, then access your account dashboard.

Step 2: Click the "Security" tab located on the left-hand side menu. And then click on "Verify" under the Identity Verification section.

Step 3: Then click "Verify".

Step 4: Select your country / region from the drop-down list. 

Step 5: In the next screen, fill in the basic information required. Please ensure all the information entered is consistent with your ID documents. It will not be able to be changed once it has been confirmed.

Step 6: After finishing the Basic Information, click "Start" to continue the vefirication. 

Step 7: Please upload pictures of your ID documents. Depending on the country where your ID documents were issued, please choose a valid ID type. For most users, choose a passport, ID card, or driver’s license.

Step 8: After choosing an ID file, please upload an image of your ID document. 

Note that: 

• Screenshots and crops of ID documents are not allowed. 
• JPG, JPEG, or PNG format only. 

Step 9: Then please upload a selfie of yourself with your ID document. Any edited photo will lead to the rejected KYC result. 

Step 10: Check your information, ID document, and Selfie Image carefully again before clicking "Confirm". Read more about our KYC Guidelines to ensure that you meet our KYC requirements. 

You will receive a notification email informing you of the result of the KYC process. (Please check all your email box including junk/spam mail)

Furthermore, you can track the verification result in your Account Dashboard.
